  1. What updates will you be adding/changing and which ones will be mine to add? I know that all of the person information that is specific to me will be mine to change but what about testimonials and videos that are available to me through CTE? Will you be adding and changing those things as they are available?

    • Jenna, we do all WordPress updates and plugin updates. When we update WooCommerce, which is our shopping cart, there are 2 final clicks you do to your site yourself but I will let you know when to do that and how to do that. When you get written testimonials of your own you can add them to the testimonial pages or remove the ones you don’t want. When we have more video testimonials, I will send those out to everyone and you decide if you want to add them or change them out with what is already there. I will send directions as to how to do that.

    • Thanks! I know from experience that it’s easy to save things on your computer and then have to search to find them because you just don’t remember where you put them. Using a main site folder from the beginning will certainly pay off.
